Thank you for shopping with Fizzaroo™. This Shipping Policy outlines how shipping works, including processing times, delivery estimates, costs, tracking, and what to do if issues arise.
1) Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods (such as promotions, holidays, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available)
2) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the locations available at checkout.
If your country or region is not listed, it means we may not be able to ship there at this time.
3) Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

8) Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost:

- Allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates
- Contact us with your order number and tracking details
If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund, depending on stock availability and investigation results
9) Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item(s)
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will review your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
10) Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and fulfillment locations.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking details (when available).
